Je suis toujours en train d'apprendre, et m\u00eame apr\u00e8s seulement un an d'activit\u00e9, j'ai obtenu de mes clients quelques bons conseils pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes simples des chats lorsqu'ils s'en vont :<\/p>\n

  1. Laissez de l'eau en trop. L'une de mes chattes adore tripoter son eau et il lui arrive de renverser la gamelle juste apr\u00e8s que je l'ai remplie. Ce n'est pas quelque chose que l'on souhaite lorsque le pet sitter ne vient qu'une ou deux fois par jour. Le meilleur bol \u00e0 eau que j'ai vu est une grande casserole en verre. Elle est peu profonde, lourde et grande, de sorte que le chat ne peut pas la renverser. Certaines personnes laissent \u00e9galement leurs \u00e9cuelles suppl\u00e9mentaires dans la baignoire, de sorte que le chat puisse faire ce qu'il veut et qu'il n'y ait pas de nettoyage \u00e0 faire. Les fontaines \u00e0 eau sont \u00e9galement utiles, car elles contiennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus d'eau qu'un abreuvoir ordinaire.<\/li>\n
  2. Une autre astuce pour l'eau et la nourriture consiste \u00e0 placer la vaisselle sur un plateau pour contenir les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts. Un bac \u00e0 chaussures fait tr\u00e8s bien l'affaire.<\/li>\n
  3. Faites un trou dans la porte menant au bac \u00e0 liti\u00e8re. Cela ne sera pas possible pour tous, mais j'adore cette id\u00e9e, car elle signifie que m\u00eame si la porte est ferm\u00e9e, le chat aura toujours acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la liti\u00e8re.<\/li>\n
  4. M\u00e9langez un peu d'eau \u00e0 la nourriture en conserve si le chat ne va pas la manger tout de suite. Cela donne l'impression d'une soupe, mais l'eau suppl\u00e9mentaire permet au chat de s'hydrater et emp\u00eache la nourriture de se dess\u00e9cher et de devenir un ciment dur et immangeable.<\/li>\n
  5. Conservez les documents de votre chat dans la caisse de transport. Preuve de vaccination contre la rage, informations sur la localisation de la puce \u00e9lectronique, ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents m\u00e9dicaux, etc. Ainsi, si votre chat doit \u00eatre emmen\u00e9 d'urgence chez le v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire pour des soins m\u00e9dicaux, s'il dispara\u00eet, si vous devez voyager avec lui ou le mettre en pension pour une raison quelconque, ces informations pourront \u00eatre retrouv\u00e9es facilement.<\/li>\n
  6. Pr\u00e9voyez des serviettes en papier suppl\u00e9mentaires, m\u00eame si vous ne les utilisez pas habituellement. Les chats perdent souvent leurs poils lorsqu'ils sont stress\u00e9s, se toilettent davantage lorsqu'ils sont stress\u00e9s, vomissent davantage et ont plus d'accidents de liti\u00e8re lorsqu'ils sont stress\u00e9s. Laissez-moi vous dire que le pet sitter devient stress\u00e9 s'il n'y a pas de serviettes en papier pour nettoyer ces d\u00e9g\u00e2ts. Il y a aussi l'essuyage quotidien normal autour des zones de nourriture et de l'\u00e9vier.
